Product Description and Instructions - How to Use

Turn off the keyboard and any other musical instrument. Close the Audio software. This device does not support Hot-swapping. The connection will not work if the device is in the power-on state.

Connect the IN cable to the Output and the Out Cable to the Input. The connections are reversed. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the computer. Incorrect connection will not work.

Adjust the keyboard to MIDI mode.

Turn on the keyboard and MIDI device.

Open your software, find the MIDI options menu, and choose the device named [MIDI USB] as the input and output.
Attention: If it still does not work, keep all the connections, reboot the computer, keyboard, and device, and then reconnect.
Tips: If the MIDI device and keyboard are in the power state while you are connecting with this MIDI USB Cable, it will not work.
