The Icon AIO6 is a compact desktop recording interface designed for home and project studios. It features a robust aluminum and metal enclosure that combines a four-channel control surface with a 24/192 audio interface, offering six inputs and six outputs.

The top panel of the AIO6 hosts two Mic/Instrument preamps, allowing users to record vocals or instruments like guitar and bass. The rear panel provides two line inputs, perfect for connecting electronic instruments such as MPC's or DJ gear. Additionally, the rear panel offers four line outputs, enabling users to connect speakers or utilize them as effect sends, with dedicated volume faders on the front panel. The AIO6 also includes S/P DIF and MIDI in and out connections.

The AIO6 is well-suited for duet recordings, featuring dual headphone outputs located on either side of the interface. The control surface offers four channel strips, each with a volume fader, mute, solo, and rec arm buttons, as well as an encoder to control pan position or send levels. An additional fader and encoder are provided for the master channel. The interface also includes a jog wheel, a six-button transport, and navigation buttons, allowing for quick and efficient operation during recording sessions.

The AIO6 utilizes Mackie Control and HUI protocols for presets and automatic mapping, providing seamless integration with popular DAWs like Cubase, Nuendo, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and Samplitude. Users can also customize their own control mappings using the included iMap software, allowing every control to be tailored to their specific needs.

The AIO6 comes bundled with Cubase LE, providing users with a comprehensive software suite to start their recording journey.
